Terms of Sale and Delivery for Nautronic
Orgalime S2000 shall apply to all orders in the absence of any other agreement made in writing between the parties.
The buyer’s attention is drawn to the fact that Orgalime S2000 contains rules for time of delivery and delay, product liability, retention of title, liability for defects and force majeure.
Offers are open for 30 days from the date of the offer subject to the goods being unsold.
Offers are based on current prices exclusive of VAT. The seller reserves the right to make reasonable price changes until the date of delivery corresponding to changes in foreign exchange rates, purchase prices, tariff rates, freight charges and any other conditions beyond the seller’s control.

If this deadline is also exceeded the buyer can terminate the contract. Furthermore, the buyer is entitled to compensation when the 4 weeks expire. The compensation, which is to be calculated in agreement with Orgalime S2000, is only demandable as far as the buyer proves to have suffered an equivalent loss.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract shall be finally settled by the ordinary courts of law with the City Court of Skanderborg as proper venue. In the absence of any other express agreement, all disputes shall be finally settled in accordance with the statutory rules in the country of the seller’s domicile.
Payment: Nautronic receives payment by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. Payment will be debited from your account when the item is shipped. The amounts on the spare parts are settled either in DKK or in EUR and are ex. VAT.
Delivery: If the spare part is in stock, it will be sent within 5 working days. If the item is not in stock, extra delivery time must be calculated.
Right of complaint: There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Right of withdrawal: There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

The condition of the item when you send it back: You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
